Kelly Estabrooks
SMA Director
My name is Kelly Estabrooks, and I am the Director of Spring Meadows Academy and a member of Spring Meadows Church of Christ. I am originally from California but have lived in the Spring Hill area for 16 years. I have been blessed to be part of SMA from the very beginning, 15 years ago. I first joined the school as a teacher in the 4's class and moved into the role of director when the position opened up. I absolutely love being in the office, as I get to know each child, each family and work closely alongside each staff member.
My education and work background are in office management. In California, I managed a dental office, construction office and ran a licensed daycare. I feel blessed to use my management experience in a school environment. Being around the kiddos really is the best part of my day! I believe that each child is perfect exactly as they are. I love seeing the many learning opportunities throughout the day, the friendships made and the growth that happens during the school year. The most important part of SMA is our mission to teach each child that they are created by God and have a purpose.
I am married to Thomas, and we have two sons, Parker and Mason and two daughters, Zlatka and Kristina. The boys are both out of school, while our girls attend Summit High School. I also have three dogs,10 ducks and countless chickens. I would have countless dogs if I could get away with it! I love summer, the beach, sweet tea, all Mexican food and dogs. I can't wait to get to know you and your sweet child. I pray that this school year is one of growth and growing closer to God!

Jessica Buford
Office Assistant
Hello! I’m Jessica Buford. This is my second year as SMA staff, but my children have been part of the SMA family for four years!
I feel incredibly blessed to be joining the amazing teachers and staff this year. I cannot wait to meet you all and get to know and love your students. SMA holds such a special place in my heart. I can’t wait to witness your kiddos growing, learning and hearing all about how much our mighty God loves them!
A little about me—I am a Williamson County native. I was born and raised in Franklin. I graduated from MTSU with a Bachelors in Marketing and minors in public relations and speech. My husband, Cody, two daughters, puppy, Arlo, and myself live in Thompson’s Station on a cattle farm! My daughters Lynlee (7) and Caroline (4) keep us busy with softball and gymnastics.

Jerry Elder
Chapel Leader
Jerry Elder is our youth minister at Spring Meadows Church of Christ. Jerry leads chapel at SMA twice per week at 9:20 a.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Jerry has a joyful and energetic spirit. He teaches our children to focus on serving others and engage with one another. To say that he has a plethora of experience is an understatement.
Jerry has served as a youth minister for forty years now! Children of all ages love him and many form a bond that continues into adulthood. There are “Jerry’s Kids” all over middle Tennessee and beyond!
We know your children will be blessed by their time with him.
